[edit] Fonts

So we've got some issues with fonts. I'm resisting adding the LaTeX extension because its a pain and doesn't look good, but while formulas look beautiful on my Mac, they look awful on my Linux box. The general solution Tom worked out for the Twelf Wiki is to create things like {{oplus}} to write that automatically force Lucia Sans Unicode, which seems to even work on random Windows boxes. Should I do that here? It wouldnt fix the problem within fixed width font mode, but when I look at Subformula on my Linux box the fixed with oplus-es don't look nearly as bad as the non-fixed-width opluses. *shrug*, on my Linux box, all the tensors and opluses look pretty bad, fixed-width or no. But yeah, on the Mac they both look equally good :) I think the Twelf Wiki solution sounds good as far as it goes, and it provides a convenient solution to the "memorize all Unicode codepoints" problem. (Agreed that the math module, while convenient, just looks like ass.) -- Wjl 17:21, 8 November 2007 (EST)
